Yes, the more simple we keep things the less stressful and complicated life really is. Think about it.
Now that we are in the month of May, spring is in full swing, and we are almost at the halfway mark through the year, this a great time to take a few steps back, reassess and prioritize what you most value in life and what it is that will help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. Keeping it simple!
You're probably thinking, "Angela, I'm busy", or "I just don't have the time". Busy and not having time are nothing but excuses, let's face it.
Be productive instead by focusing on the tasks that are most important to you and eliminating those that aren't. For example, let's say you are "too busy" to find the time to incorporate exercise into your schedule, but magically have the time to spend watching your favorite show. Instead, take that valuable time and complete a 30 minute workout. Or better yet, watch your favorite show while working out.
When you focus on what is of most value (those priorities), you eliminate the nonsense and voila...you are rewarded with more time!
See, it's that simple....and simplicity is sexy!
