I grew up surrounded by health, movement, and intentional living. Wellness wasn’t something I discovered later—it was simply how life was lived.

That path naturally led me into the wellness world. I became a massage therapist, then expanded into personal training and health coaching. I loved helping people feel stronger in their bodies, more capable in their lives, and more connected to themselves again.

But everything shifted when my own health stopped keeping up with the pace I was living. An autoimmune diagnosis forced me to slow down and pay attention in a way I hadn’t before.

The body I had always relied on suddenly felt unpredictable, and what used to feel like discipline and drive became unsustainable.

That changed how I understood everything. It showed me that health isn’t something you earn through effort—it’s something you protect through how you live. And it made me realize how many high-performing people are quietly operating in survival mode: successful on the outside, but constantly depleted underneath.

That’s what shaped my work today. I focus on helping high-performing women build simple, sustainable systems that actually fit real life—so energy is steadier, vitality is restored, and high performance doesn’t come at the cost of health.
