Attempting to balance all of these factors on a day to day basis can be straining and cause stress, unhealthy weight gain, and a lack of time, energy, and motivation to focus on prioritizing our own health and fitness goals.
As a personal trainer and health coach who’s busy working a full-time job, growing her wellness business, managing her own health and fitness goals, and enjoying life in the process, I sure know first hand how stressful it can all be.
However, I have taken my skills and expertise as a a fitness and wellness pro and applied them into maintaining my own healthy living goals.
