What is Functional Training?
The goal of functional training is to utilize larger muscle groups simultaneously, teaching the body to work as a whole to enhance daily function therefore improving balance, coordination, posture, flexibility, mobility, prevent injury, and boost metabolism.
Virtual Personal Training
Similar to any online exercise platform, but it is a customized one-on-one live workout targeting your specific fitness goals utilizing little or no equipment and performing from the comfort of your own space.
