In honor of April being National Humor Month (no joke 😉), I want to encourage you load up on the Vitamin L (laughter that is) and find ways to laugh more.
Laughter and humor are essential to our health and well being. Smiling, laughing, and not taking ourselves too seriously shapes our personality and our outlook on life.
Having a great sense of humor offers many healthy benefits such as improving cardio health, lowering stress and anxiety, providing a sense of well being, and it’s also a great abdominal workout!
